I made a huge update in this patch.

Changes :

  • Fix paginate not showing
  • Change name patch to patchs because some problem that i cant fix
  • Merge page /patchs to /post/patchs
  • Added DISQUS comments
  • Fix some bugs
  • Updated all and cleaned code
  • Added some <3 in footer
